How fast can you intervene?+
Usually within 24–48 working hours, with priority for emergencies. During high season (winter & summer) a same-day slot can often be arranged for hotels, chalets and resort businesses.
Is the diagnosis free?+
Yes. Diagnosis and quote are free if you confirm the visit. If you decide not to proceed, the diagnosis is invoiced at €45 excl. VAT.
